On this page we keep
the Agendas and the Minutes for the meetings of the Board of
Directors. (At least the ones which have made it into electronic form.)
For this
public record, identifying information such as last names,
phone numbers, etc. will not be included.
All members in good
standing have the right to attend any and all meetings of the
Board of CPN, as nonvoting observers, with the right to be
heard. Portions of meetings may be held in executive session. Those portions are
open only to board members. This is done to protect personal information about members, for example those being considered for membership.
